Our Story
Timeless Homes was formed to engage in residential consulting, development, and home building activities, with a primary focus on planning, designing, financing, permitting, and constructing attainable homes and related residential projects in the Puget Sound region.
The company operates across all stages of the real estate development process: property acquisition, entitlement, improvement, sale, and management.
Timeless Homes also supports property owners and partners through joint ventures and financing. In addition, Timeless Homes performs feasibility, market, and design studies to support informed decision-making.
The firm's goal is to help property owners in Seattle, Bellevue, Kirkland and Redmond understand the true potential of their land and make well-informed decisions regarding development, partnership, or sale.

CEO
Johnathan Kurth
Johnathan Kurth was born and raised in the Seattle/Bellevue area. Johnathan has been permitting, designing and building new construction high end & mid level spec single family & multi family homes since graduating from college in 2003. He has entitled many short plats and long plat projects from two lots all the way up to a 125 lot master planned community. He has an approach to working with Cities, County's & Municipalities that brings together many teams to expedite the permitting process in a very fast & coherent process to achieve entitlements faster than most. He also has a high level of detail when it comes to the design of the site plans, plats, civil engineering & building plans to achieve an end product that truly sets his spec homes & multi family projects apart from the competition. His sales have always set new sales records or been in the highest values of the market. He survived the great downturn of 08/09 as a builder developer. During that time he consulted for Viking Bank managing their troubled RE assets. He also never stopped developing & building during this time. As soon as the market began to shift he was positioned to relaunch a development & building company that is currently building and selling high end spec SFRs & townhomes in Seattle & DT Edmonds. He has recently joined up with Meydenbauer Group to pursue the new Middle Housing Zoning that has swept through our region. We are currently pursuing many new development opportunities to take advantage of the new game changing zoning to untap large value add development projects. Johnathan lives in Queen Anne Seattle with his wife and four children. They love to backpack, Snow Ski at Alpental, go boating and Mtn Biking.

Nathan Sackett
Nathan Sackett brings over two decades of experience in finance, real estate, and capital markets to Timeless Homes NW. Throughout his career, he has specialized in structuring complex debt and equity solutions for real estate developers, investors, and high-growth companies, helping clients bring ambitious projects to life. Prior to co-founding Timeless Homes NW, Nathan served in senior leadership roles at Columbia Bank, Silicon Valley Bank, and Wells Fargo, where he advised developers and businesses on capital strategy and financing execution. Over the course of his career, he has helped originate and structure billions of dollars in financing transactions while building strong relationships across the banking, investment, and development communities. Nathan holds an MBA from George Fox University and completed the Pacific Coast Banking School program at the University of Washington. At Timeless Homes NW, he focuses on capital strategy, financial structuring, fundraising and partnerships that support the company’s mission of developing high-quality homes and communities across the Pacific Northwest.

John Hansen
John Hansen and his family are long time residents of the region. John is the Manager and Owner of the Meydenbauer Group of companies doing residential land development, construction, investment, and brokering. He is the developer and builder on several projects: residential, multifamily, retail, class A office space, and medical / dental. He primarily serves the Eastside community. John has lived and worked in a number of countries including Canada, United Kingdom, South Africa and Greenland. Prior to real estate, John was a Professional Engineer and the Vice President of a local electronics and software firm. John had spent the seven years to this point engineering and project managing electronics and software development for the mining industry both domestically and overseas. John’s technical work was published and presented at industry conferences on a number of occasions. John graduated with a B.Eng. from Imperial College and then worked in front line management and engineering in the mining industry for the following six years. During this period, he ran 25 person crews and managed projects with budgets up to several million dollars: equipment fleet purchases and large earth moving projects. When he left direct employment in the industry in 1996, he was a Senior Consultant for PriceWaterhouseCoopers.
